Job Description
Join the Prestonwood Baptist Church North Campus as an Assistant to Adults. This role involves providing administrative support to the Minister to Adults and assisting in various ministry activities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries.
- Support LifeGroup class leadership with event scheduling.
- Generate reports and financial documents.
- Coordinate ministry events with church staff.
- Assist in creating informational materials.
- Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed.
Requirements:
- Active member of PBC-NC with a deepening faith in Christ.
- Some college preferred; administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
