Job Description

Lead and manage federal contract operations, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-award administration. Oversee a team of contract specialists, collaborate with program managers and legal counsel, and develop strategies to secure and manage government awards. Require 8+ years’ experience in government contracting, strong knowledge of procurement regulations, proven negotiation and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certification (CFCM/PMP) preferred. Excellent communication, risk management, and audit-readiness abilities essential.
