Job Description

Associate Production Manager, Women’s Apparel — Lead and coordinate end-to-end production of women’s garment lines. Manage production schedules, quality control, vendor relationships, and cost targets to ensure on-time delivery. Supervise a small production team, track KPIs, resolve manufacturing issues, and implement process improvements. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing to translate tech packs into production-ready garments and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in apparel production, strong knowledge of garment construction, excellent communication, and proficiency with PLM/ERP systems.
