Job Overview:
The Honig Lab within the Department of Systems Biology is seeking to hire an Associate Research Scientist. This role focuses on developing scientific tools for the next generation of our PrePPI and P-HIPSter computational pipelines, aimed at predicting protein-protein interactions on a genomic scale.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in structural bioinformatics with expertise in sequence and structure alignment.
- Proficient in machine learning and generative AI.
- Strong background in data science and software engineering.
- Solid knowledge in biochemistry and biophysics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $103,355.00 – $120,386.00 per year
