Job Description
We are hiring a Backroom Team Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and inventory control. Responsibilities include unloading shipments, organizing stock, replenishing the sales floor, conducting inventory counts, operating pallet jacks, and keeping a clean, safe workspace. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team. Basic computer and communication skills are required; retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
