Job Description

Starting January 2026, Zenith Learning seeks part-time Before/After School Group Leaders for our program at The Imani School in Houston (77045). Lead children using provided activity plans; ensure a safe, nurturing environment; assist with educational and recreational programming; promote social-emotional development; monitor behavior and communicate with parents and staff. Must be available Monday–Friday 6:30–8:30 AM and 2:30–6:00 PM (split shift). High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year childcare experience preferred. Pay $9.00–$11.00 per hour. In-person position ideal for reliable role models who enjoy working with children.
