Position Summary: New York University is seeking a Benefits Analyst to analyze, administer, and support employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. This key position will collaborate with HR to ensure competitive and compliant benefits offerings while providing excellent service to employees.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is required along with 3+ years of experience in benefits administration. Preferred candidates will have 1+ years of experience in a university or non-profit setting. Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong analytical skills are essential.
Salary Range: USD $76,500 – $93,500.
