Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Bilingual Doula to provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based emotional and physical support to pregnant people and families before, during, and after childbirth. You will offer continuous labor support, comfort measures, advocacy with care teams, and postpartum guidance in both English and [second language]. Ideal candidates have 1+ years experience, doula certification or equivalent training, newborn/infant care knowledge, excellent communication skills, and flexibility for on-call shifts. CPR/First Aid preferred. Responsibilities include prenatal visits, birth planning, support during labor, postpartum follow-up, and resource referrals. Commitment to respectful, person-centered care and ability to work with diverse communities required.
