Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish speaker for the position of Lien Negotiator. The successful candidate will negotiate liens with insurers, healthcare providers, and government programs.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining files, communicating with clients and providers, drafting reduction letters, obtaining final medical balances, and organizing client medical bills. You must be a team player committed to learning and growing within our firm.

Qualifications include strong communication skills, good follow-up ability, and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Personal Injury experience is a plus!
