Job Description
Join our clinic as a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, manage front-desk operations, and support clinical staff. Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
Responsibilities: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle patient check-ins/check-outs, maintain electronic records, and assist with billing inquiries.
Qualifications: high school diploma, 1+ year customer service or medical front-desk experience preferred, excellent communication, confidentiality (HIPAA) awareness, and basic computer proficiency (EMR, MS Office).
