Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and related needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing and supervising evidence-based ABA programs, training staff and caregivers, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring ethical compliance. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field, strong communication skills, and at least one year of clinical experience preferred.
