Job Description
Job Summary: Alto Boba is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boba, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $16.50/hour plus tips (potential earnings of $21-28/hour)
Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks, operate POS, maintain cleanliness, handle customer orders, assist in stocking, ensure health compliance.
Qualifications: Proficient in POS systems, excellent customer service, knowledge of food handling, basic math skills, team player, previous experience is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time, Expected hours: 10 – 20/week.
