Job Description
Location: St. Pete, Florida
Description: We are seeking a dedicated maintenance technician/custodian for a 118-unit condominium community. Responsibilities include pool operation and maintenance, small repairs, painting, conducting visual inspections, collaborating with the Community Manager and Board, and overseeing vendors as needed. This role requires both indoor and outdoor work environments and involves direct supervision by the Community Manager.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a condominium building; licensed pool technician preferred.

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
