Job Description
Zahav of Des Plaines is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to work closely with our facility and regional accounts receivables team.
Your role will include overseeing AR projects, back-end collections, and billing for Public Aide, Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care accounts for our skilled nursing facility. You will also manage the patient trust fund and set up payment schedules for families.
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or BOM experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Experience with Public Aide/Medicaid billing and collections is required
- Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience is essential
