Job Description
ETM GROUP LIMITED is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. You will provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills by engaging with customers via outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, provide accurate information, document interactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; previous experience preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $21.06 – $25.36 per hour | Shift: 10 hour or 8 hour shift | Work Location: In person.
