Job Description

Kennedy Services has an immediate need for customer service professionals to support higher education institutions. As a Call Center Representative, you will assist customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. Initially, the job will be onsite in Hunt Valley and will transition to remote work after a successful probationary period.
