Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor responsible for handling incoming calls, supervising staff, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; medical office experience; call center experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills are necessary.
