Job Description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a dedicated part-time Call Center Support Coordinator. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Call Center Supervisor to enhance our patient experience by delivering compassionate care. Join our progressive and innovative team!
Job Status: Part-Time
Location: Remote (Preferred candidates in New York; applicants from Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia are welcome)
Hourly Rate: $17-$20
Schedule: 11 AM – 4 PM
Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
