Job Description
At BayCare, one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area, we are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our compassionate team in Pasco County. This full-time, field-based position operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The Case Manager will coordinate mental health and medical services, ensuring continuity of care and advocacy for community resources.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, one year of mental health experience, BLS certification, and a valid Driver’s License.
