Job Description

Location: All 5 boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Queens)

Pay: $29/hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct casework duties and evaluations.
• Inform residents about facility rules and service plans.
• Maintain confidential records and handle referrals.
• Assist residents with outside services and arrange transportation.
• Attend meetings and document progress.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HIPAA.
• Experience with staff scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
