Job Description
Ritchie Bros. is looking for a Change Management Business Partner to lead and implement a comprehensive change management program. The role involves engaging and empowering employees through effective communication, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Lead change initiatives, develop stakeholder relationships, conduct impact analyses, and create training materials.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 5-7 years in change management, Project Management Certification preferred. This is a remote role.
Expected compensation: $103,00.00.
