Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls courteously.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Perform general office functions including data input and file maintenance.
- Handle Medicare billing and client information creation.
- Assist with caregiver interview scheduling and new-hire packet preparation.
- Conduct caregiver reference and background checks.
- Monitor workflow for compliance with standards.
- Assist in the organization of patient files and referrals.
Job Type: Part-time, 30-35 hours/week
Location: In-person, Tinley Park, IL 60487 (Relocation required)
