Job Description

Reports To: Principal

Duty Days: 201 Days

Wage/Hour Status: Non-Exempt

Pay Grade: AS02

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient typing and computer skills
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Two years of office experience

Primary Purpose: Maintain registration and attendance records for the campus.

Major Responsibilities:

• Process new and outgoing student registrations.
• Maintain ADA attendance records and communicate with staff.
• Assist in preparation for the school year.
