Job Description
Summary: Christus Health is seeking a Clinical Director of General Surgery to oversee nursing services and staff, ensuring quality and compliance with policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- A minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
- RN license in good standing; Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
