As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will supervise laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflow and upholding patient care standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations of Outpatient Draw Station and Inpatient Phlebotomy.
- Implementing best practices for regulatory compliance and safety.
- Guiding Certified Phlebotomy Technicians and fostering professional development.
Salary Range: $112,900.00 – $256,900.00/year.
