Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Contact taxpayers in Virginia to request payment of outstanding balances.
• Create alternative payment plans for those unable to pay in full.
• Process payments via phone as applicable.
• Handle up to 100 inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Follow up with taxpayers as needed.
• Document all collection activities.
• Recommend actions for defaulting taxpayers.
• Maintain professionalism and respect.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of collections experience preferred.
• Trained in FDCPA.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
