Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative specializing in Garage Liability to manage policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and claims support for auto repair shops and vehicle dealers. You will communicate with brokers and clients, prepare quotes, perform basic risk assessments, maintain accurate policy records, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Qualifications: 1–3 years in commercial insurance (garage liability preferred), strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office; insurance license or willingness to obtain is a plus.
