Job Description

Founded in 1887, Dignity Health – California Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Community Health Advocate. Located in downtown Los Angeles, our 318-bed nonprofit hospital offers various services, including a Level II trauma center and pediatric care.

In this role, you will lead mental health program initiatives under the manager’s supervision, including scheduling community health classes and conducting outreach.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of community outreach experience, a high school diploma, and a valid California driver’s license. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required.
