Job Description
Job Purpose: Through a presence in lobbies and public areas, the Concierge promotes safety, service excellence, and authentic hospitality by providing essential concierge services to our guests. The role serves as a greeter, screener, and navigator for hospital entrants, facilitating connections for patients to the admitting staff.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 2 years of general college coursework preferred.
Technical Requirements: Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and typing (35 wpm). Bilingual skills preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of guest service experience; preferred experience at a four-diamond property.
