Job Description
We are seeking an energetic individual with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgment, maturity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information. Clear communication with residents is essential.
Schedule: Part Time: Thursday – Saturday, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Duties include:
- Performing Front Desk and Receptionist functions.
- Carrying out concierge tasks as outlined in Resident Concierge Services.
- Managing services to ensure timely and orderly task completion.
- Coordinating with the driver for shopping and mailing requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Complete 8 hours of mandatory in-service training per calendar year.
