Job Description
About us: Beacon Land Management, LLC is a Land Service Company specializing in title research, leasing, curative, due diligence, GIS Mapping, and ROW in the Oil and Gas and Renewables Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Research county indexes and interpret legal documents.
- Review title opinions and contracts for ownership verification.
- Create runsheets/abstracts and ownership reports.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a SUBSURFACE Petroleum Landman.
- Access to high-speed internet and personal computer with Office 365.
Job Type: Contract | Pay: $37.50 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
