Job Description
Wildlife Conservation Society seeks seasonal Crowd Control Attendants for New York Aquarium. Hourly $17.50; reports to Security Manager. Duties: assist security with crowd management across the park and exhibits, direct first responders, support guest egress at Aqua Theater shows, and monitor demonstrations. Schedule varies by weather, attendance, and special events; must be available 4–5 days/week including weekends and holidays. Requirements: 18+, high school diploma/GED, able to stand and walk long periods, navigate stairs/ramps, work in all weather, and provide excellent communication and customer service. EOE.
