Job Description
Company Overview: Yellow Dream Farm is a brand new, state-of-the-art 30,00 sq. ft. cultivation facility located in Adelanto, CA, dedicated to growing boutique quality cannabis.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Cultivation Assistant with knowledge of cannabis plants, including defoliation, trimming, cloning, and plant feeding. Candidates should have experience with all life cycles of the plant.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a cultivation facility
- Attention to detail & multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation
- Basic verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
