Job Description

Oregonix Farms LLC is seeking a Cultivation Technician T1 to oversee cultivation activities from seed/clone to harvest. This role requires adherence to company policies and Illinois Department of Agriculture regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing cultivation tasks such as planting, pruning, and watering.
• Accurately recording data related to plant growth and environmental conditions.
• Maintaining and calibrating cultivation equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
• Collaborating with team members for efficient workflow.

This position reports to the Cultivation Manager and may involve supporting lower-level technicians.
