Job Description
Join Visual Comfort & Co. as a Customer Experience Representative, the primary point of contact for our customers. You will provide product and service information while resolving issues to uphold our service excellence. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
