Job Description
Join Advocate Aurora Health as a Customer Service Assistant! In this role, you will create appointments in our computerized scheduling system while ensuring order accuracy and effective communication with physician offices. Responsibilities include transcribing faxed orders, downloading images into PACs, and managing phone calls related to imaging requests efficiently.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma and ideally two years of office experience. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and familiarity with radiology terminology are essential. This position may require lifting up to 35 pounds and includes weekend and evening shifts.
