Job Description
Beacon Community Management, located in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. Our aim is to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, assist homeowners, perform administrative tasks, greet visitors, and handle office errands.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with office equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in HOA or VMS software is a plus.
Pay: $19.25 – $20.00 per hour
