Job Description

Lincare Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative who communicates with patients to answer questions, resolve issues, assess product/service needs, and support compliance with physician orders. Duties include inbound/outbound calls (manual and automated), documenting calls and orders in computerized systems, updating demographics, providing education, and assisting in staff training. Requirements: High school diploma or GED (or one to three months related experience), computer entry skills, understanding of pharmacy prescription terminology, strong verbal communication, basic math for dose calculations, and ability to follow written and oral instructions. Physical: occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Must meet any local licensing requirements.
