Job Description
Join our team at AFFORDABLE INSURANCE OF TEXAS as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish individual to provide outstanding customer service in our insurance office.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – English/Spanish – REQUIRED
- Excellent phone skills
- Outgoing, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Basic administrative and computer skills
- Dependable and a self-starter
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in auto insurance is a plus
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
