Job Description

Hiring: Customer Service Representative at REQ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Middle River, MD. Temp-to-hire, standard morning shift; in-person contract, $18.00/hour. You will assist customers with account openings, handle incoming emails and calls, resolve escalated inquiries, explain account terms and policies, process payments, perform account maintenance, and consistently meet performance goals. Minimum one year customer service experience required; data entry and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Must type at least 30 wpm, be detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating computer systems. Additional duties as assigned.
