Job Description
United Carpet of Illinois is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Customer Service Representative. This full-time role provides essential administrative support to our Customer Service Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer concerns and deliver exceptional service.
- Process installation orders accurately.
- Create and manage quotes and orders.
- Assist with daily office operations and customer communications.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL 6007 (in-person)
