Job Description
Join Upway as a Customer Success Specialist in Los Angeles! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about electric mobility and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best experience with our e-bikes, providing expert advice, and assisting with inquiries. The position is full-time, offering a salary between $40,00 – $50,00 annually.
At Upway, we are building the largest platform for new and certified pre-owned e-bikes, promoting sustainable transportation solutions. Our company is rapidly expanding and was launched in France in 2021, now operating globally across seven countries.
