Job Description

As a key member of the Gold Key Support Team at TekTree Inc., you will bridge the gap between our technology and clients. Your role involves guiding Home Owners, Property Managers, and Dealers through implementation and optimization of our Client solution.

Your Mission:

• Guide new customers through product activation
• Manage accurate database entry and updates
• Track cases using Salesforce
• Troubleshoot and share product knowledge
• Assist Technical Support during high-volume periods
