What You’ll Do:
- Complete nightly invoicing.
- Answer phones.
- Compile tonnage reports including shortages and returns.
- Perform remote deposits by creating lists, scanning to bank, and ensuring accuracy.
- Interact with both internal and external customers.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments.
What You’ll Have:
- Experience in food distribution is a plus.
- Prior data entry experience is a plus.
- MS Office and AS400 system experience preferred.
- Cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
