Job Description

Wave Dental is seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist and/or Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments using OpenDental software, verifying insurance information, and maintaining accurate patient records. Familiarity with dental software and excellent communication skills are a must.
