Job Description
Dental Sterilization Technician responsible for decontaminating, sterilizing, organizing dental instruments and maintaining infection control protocols. Duties include cleaning and packing instruments, operating autoclaves and sterilization equipment, monitoring sterilization cycles, logging records, restocking sterile supplies, and ensuring workspace cleanliness. Candidate should have attention to detail, knowledge of sterilization standards (e.g., CDC/OSHA), strong organizational skills, and ability to follow written protocols. Prior experience in dental or medical sterilization preferred. Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to patient safety.
