Description

The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and customer service support for the operations of the District Clerk’s Office. Frequent interruptions may contribute to the complexity of the job.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding judicial records.
• Retrieve and manage case papers and documents.
• Calculate and assess fees in the software system.
• Add data entries in case management applications.
• Perform record management tasks including scanning and indexing.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel.
• May act as a passport acceptance agent.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent.
