Job Description
Intellegens, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to manage IT support tickets effectively. We prefer candidates with an IT-related degree who are eager to grow in the IT field.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to IT helpdesk requests.
- Providing technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
- Creating training materials for end users.
- Documenting procedures and maintaining system performance.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
