Job Description
Position: Dietary Aide (Wednesday through Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM)
Company: The Sentinel of Mohegan Lake
The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for preparing food and cleaning the kitchen and food service areas. MUST be available to work weekends.
- Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
- Deliver dishes and trays to residents
- Take down dining areas and collect used items
- Discard leftovers and remove trash
- Clean food stations and wash dishes
- Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
- Help maintain kitchen equipment
