Job Description

We are hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, community integration, and personal care. The DSP promotes independence, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities include supporting personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, documentation, and implementing individualized plans while maintaining respectful communication.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, background check, empathy, patience, and good communication. Training provided; experience preferred.
